IND vs WI | Wish to see more of Deepak Hooda, reveals Pragyan Ojha

Pragyan Ojha, a former Indian spinner, talked about wanting to watch Deepak Hooda’s behavior in the upcoming matches against the West Indies, and hopes that the batter can get more playing time. Deepak Hooda has impressed with his performances in the shortest format of the game, and he was also the one who scored a century in the game against Ireland.

Deepak Hooda caught the attention of fans and former cricketers alike in matches for India. On the India tour in Ireland, the right-handed batter struck an outstanding hundred that will long be remembered. Hooda became the fourth batter to score a century in a T20I for India. Later, Suryakurmar Yadav also made the ledger, scoring a brilliant hundred against England in the third game of the T20I series.

Many players are saying that Deepak Hooda should get more games because he can achieve good results. Former India spinner Pragyan Ojha talked about this and also mentioned that he would like Deepak Hooda to get more playing time.

“I wish to see more of Deepak Hooda, because he has shown a lot of promise. He has overcome a lot of hurdles in domestic cricket and made his place in the Indian team. I am curious to see how he performs,” said Pragyan Ojha on Cricbuzz.

According to Ojha, Suryakumar Yadav is still relatively new, and he too is looking out for him.

“Suryakumar Yadav is a little senior, but he is still making his place in the team, I want to see how these two players do in this series,” Pragyan Ojha added.
